Slow Leak Caught In Time
When I got home today from doing some errands, Streamlabs told me I had a slow leak. I searched all through my house and was not able to find any leaks. Finally I went toilet to toilet and found one that was running. I couldn't hear the water, but Streamlabs picked it up. As soon as I fixed the toilet the Streamlabs slow leak alert stopped.

Over the course of an hour Streamlabs was able to notify me that I was using significantly more water today than yesterday. Had I not had Streamlabs I would not have detected the leak and would have had a very high water bill this month.

Thank you Streamlabs

Great device!
A friend told me about this device as I have had my basement flood twice due to two separate leaks (refrigerator water dispenser and hot water heater). I ordered direct off the site and it was delivered within 2 days. After downloading the app, it walked step by step through the install. It even auto-detected the type of pipe I had. I was able to install, connect and start seeing data within 10 minutes.

Pros:
-Fast delivery
-The app shows real time usage of water including the daily amounts used and when they were used.
-Installation is a breeze (ridiculously so)
-On the app you can indicate if you are away and it will send immediate notification to your phone that a leak is detected if it senses any water usage. Great feature for when you are out of town.

Cons:
You need an electrical outlet near the unit. May not be a big deal for some, I had to run a short extension cable for mine. Having one run on battery may not be feasible but would be nice.

Overall it is a great, easy to use product that provides infinite peace of mind.

Easy installation for a novice!
This sat in the box for a week until I had the guts to open it and attempt to install it. I didn't need to worry the directions were clear and easy to follow.
Sine installing I've had no problems, and have definitely recommended it to my son in law who also purchased and installed it.

Great to have!
I have to admit, I was a bit apprehensive to set this up. I did get overwhelmed at first. But once you download the app and follow the instructions ,it's pretty neat to have. Just make sure you have an outlet near the location you install. I have small children a neighborhood full of kids who love to walk away from a running hose, I will feel much better having this monitor in place.

Straight Up Awesome!
I am still not sure how it works but its awesome. Not only do you not need to cut any pipes, but you also get to keep an eye on the utility companies! What more can you ask for? When I first saw the device, I assumed it required pipe cutting to get the true value but instead, it used powerful sensors to track the water usage.

It works with copper and PVC piping which should cover most usages and has a valuable app to compare your metrics too. I haven't had a chance to review it with my most recent bill but it seems to be on track with my averages.

A few downsides are that it does require a power source which could be a deal break for some people and it won't do a great job at finding minor leaks but its a great backup for larger leaks.
